Excluding labels is now easier by using the alt keyboard modifier (or ⌥ on macOS) in an issue or pull request list filter to choose which labels you want to omit from your search.

Expand ready for review permissions for draft pull requests
Any user with repository write permissions will now be able to click the `Ready for review` button on a draft pull request in order to enable mergeability.
The buttons for labels and milestones in the repositories issues tab now includes counters.
