The IP addresses we use to send webhooks from are broadening to encompass a larger range.
We are adding IP’s within 140.82.112.0/20 to the current pool from 192.30.252.0/22.
A publicly visible timeline entry will be created on an issue or pull request if an Organization owner chooses to notify a user that they have been blocked. Timeline entries will include the organization name, the name of the blocked user, and the duration of the block.
