We get a lot of spam on Gist and we have a decent system for removing it from public view. Unfortunately, from time to time, something nasty will sneak through.
We just rolled out a feature to make it easier for you — our amazing users — to let us know when something looks spammy. This flags the gist so our awesome support staff can look into it further.
If you see a spammy or abusive gist of any kind, click the gear, and choose “Report as Abuse”.
