Learning Lab installation improvements

We have revised the Learning Lab installation flow, making it easier for you to get started with Learning Lab. Changes include:

A more descriptive authorization page to explain what Learning Lab can do in your course repositories
Consolidated installation steps — we've gone from 11 clicks to 2
Moving Learning Lab's terms of service to the GitHub Additional Product Terms

GitHub Actions: Logs show virtual environment version

You can now see which version of our hosted virtual environments your job was executed on. In the Set up job portion of your logs you will now find:

Operating system SKU and version
Virtual environment version and a link to the included software

GitHub Actions: V2 setup-python action

We have released a v2 version of the setup-python action.

New features:

Ability to download, set up, and install Python packages from actions/python-versions that do not come preinstalled on GitHub-hosted runners
Easier setup if using a self-hosted runner
