Applications for GitHub Satellite scholarships tickets are now open
Author

We’re opening applications for our GitHub Satellite Scholarship Program—and we hope they help you get to Berlin on May 23 for the big event. As part of our ongoing commitment to make GitHub’s conferences accessible and inclusive to everyone, we’re offering free tickets through our Community Partners and our Individual Scholarship Programs.

  • Community Partners:
GitHub’s Social Impact Team is partnering with several local nonprofits and meetup groups to bring even more diversity to Satellite. This is part of our dedication to bringing a more rich, dynamic, and creative experience for everyone in attendance.
  • Individual Scholarship Program:
For those interested in a free ticket to Satellite, we have a small number available for individuals.

Note: Individual scholarships only cover the cost of admission to Satellite. Scholarships don’t include any travel or lodging expenses. Scholarship recipients are responsible for arranging and paying for all their own travel and lodging expenses to, from, and within Berlin.

How to apply

Applications must be received by 12 pm PT on Monday, April 29. You must be 18 or older to be eligible. If you’re selected, we’ll contact you by email by Monday, May 6, and you must confirm your attendance in writing by Thursday, May 9.
