There are upwards of 800 emojis available in any GitHub Flavored Markdown post. But how do you find the one you are looking for without scrolling through them all?
We feel your pain! So today we’re announcing that we have added a feature, similar to the @mention autocomplete, where typing :
will show you a list of emoji suggestions. Anything you type after the :
will progressively filter the list. Then once you find the emoji you’re looking for, just hit tab or enter to complete the highlighted result.
