Tweets with links to GitHub just got a whole lot prettier. By supporting Twitter Cards on GitHub, any tweets containing a link to a GitHub repository will provide more context when viewed on Twitter.com. Here’s an example:
The Twitter Card will display the repository name and owner in the typical username/repo-name
style, the repository description and the appropriate gravatar.

Enjoy!
